Brilliant and motivational CTO and great products

Pros

They have great products that have come a long way, they treat their employees well, they have an impressive customer base, and they have an extremely talented CTO who really sets the tone for the entire company to be inspired and has taken each product to new heights through his vision.

Cons

HR is very unorganized and seem to know nothing about the actual company or customers. Communication between departments and product training for sales could be better.

change can be good with new acquisitions we get to learn new products and solutions to offer customers, autonomy, flexibility

Cons

change at higher levels leaves people with uncertainty and lack of job security. not totally sure where the company is headed

Pros

The benefits were great. They were flexible with regards to personal needs outside of work. The people in my immediate department were good to work with.

Cons

The human resource contact had changed 3 times in 3 years. There was a lot of turnover and uncertainty with job security for a period of time after the investors came in.
