Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive for an entry-level job. A few coworkers were genuinely supportive and kind.

Cons

Coaches and managers are inconsistent in how they treat employees. Some get constant communication, while others are ignored, even when raising important issues like scheduling or bereavement leave. Requests for help often went unanswered unless you repeatedly followed up. The work environment felt mentally unhealthy and isolating. Team culture leaned heavily toward cliques and favoritism, making it hard for everyone to feel included. Management undermined trust — for example, during a team survey, our coach admitted she could identify employees who rated her poorly, which discouraged honest feedback.

Pros

Competitive pay wage, small pay increase yearly if you perform well in a robotic scoring system that does not take into account realistic human interactions and the actual job demands/expectations on you vs company policies or procedures that must be followed. Supervisors can be good and understanding, some will not Consistent schedule for 6 months Work well independently Paid holidays and sick days

Cons

Weekly meetings that become repetitive Meetings do not take employee feedback or provide conducive insight/improvement Metrics do not accurately reflect workload or company policies and processes that create frustrated customers employees have zero control over Metric scores / numbers you generate become the sole focus point of job performance/success indicator Frustrated customers Repetitive calls High call volume with 10 second time limit in between calls
