Pros

Some nice merchandise. Decent discount. Immediate health insurance.

Cons

Everything else. Management and company don't care about customer/employee safety. They want everything to be perfect but there's never enough people to do it all. It just stunk overall. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I flinch when I see an ad for them.

Pros

I loved At home as far as the store and my team. Pay was increased to help match what others in the area and industry are making

Cons

Horrible district manager, communication with corporate, workload is insane. They say a value is doing the right thing but they make us feel like we can’t take pto but they don’t pay it out unless forced to by the state. The workload isn’t humanly possible unless you lie on reports which is expected and I couldn’t do. 5 store Directors quit/termed within the last 6 months.
