Pros

Working at SNC-Lavalin can be interesting because of the type of project that you can be exposed to (size, diversity, location, etc)

Cons

The experience is completely different from one project to the other, from one office to the other, from one team to the other. Consequently, for some the experience might not be great which impacts the reputation of the company in general.

- Large well established company - International company with offices all over the world - Diverse staff - Relaxed office environment - Good benefits if you're a regular staff - Downtown office location

Cons

- First three months of work do not include sick days. - No parking space available for employees (Downtown office space) - Relatively conservative industry - Work can be boring and repetative
