None that I can think of. They don't listen to the experienced people they hire. They depend on people that have no knowledge.

Inexperienced managers working on projects that they have no idea about the type of projects Cronyism, if you not part of the friends and family plan forget advancement. Nepotism

Good general workforce which was unfortunately let down by poor management who lacked integrity and often poorly qualified and experienced for the role they were in.

Cons

Often called on to take assignments that would result in extensive travel and time away from home as well as long work hours.
