Promised a salary and once offer is signed you receive a training pay salary with little to no training. Management wants you to do their dirty work.

Supportive work environment where your opinion matters, common sense still thrives and there’s no such thing as a stupid question! Highly engaged management team with a servant leadership style. Always looking to do the right thing — even when it doesn’t quite favor the bottom line.
