Pros
The HR manger was very nice and professional. However she cannot do a thing for anyone due to it being family owned.
Cons
If you are looking for a place of employment that encourages bullying, harassment, and micromanaging, this is the place for you. I have never experienced any company that does not support transparency, team work and working independently. For such a self proclaimed “successful” company who “values” their employees and that has been in business as long as ADL has been, ADL should have all the tools needed to do your job successfully, at your finger tips! No updated coding lists, no Power points for soft tactics, waystar, netlims etc. If you are not fully meeting all expectations within four weeks be prepared as you will hear from the owner who can do your job with her eyes closed. I also witnessed more abuse towards minorities and those that may not “speak” English very good. When you leave you will be asked to give it in writing and also a reason why. PA is an at will state and you legally DO NOT have to give notice nor a reason why you are leaving. The billing manager was also the most level headed, however probably trying to keep her head above water. The billing supervisor was mean and talks at and down to people.
