Openly verbally company ownership/leadership. Completely inappropriate racist and bigoted comments from leadership/owners with no recourse for reporting action due to leadership structure. Lack of transparency and inclusion for non-owners in the decision making process for other company leaders. Unrealistic view of the market and lack of understanding - and financial commitment - for what it really would take for the company to grow and try to be a major player. Total disrespect by the owners/top leaders of other employees. Their primary concern was their return and financial gain, not for anyone else including their investors. Arrogance of owner in believing he knew better on any topic than the rest of the industry up to and including the appropriate reference for certain tests.

They denied me health benefits for years. Horrible work environment. The company doesn't care about it's employees. They like to remind you that Pennsylvania is an at will state.
