Being able to sometimes work remotely.

Cons

Everything. Run from this company as fast you can. This is a highly toxic company, with poor decision making and severe lack of leadership stemming all the way down from the tippy top CEO. They preach culture yet never define what culture is to them. The only culture you will find here is a bunch of snakes in the grass everywhere you look, disguised as “good people”- don’t trust the fakeness. I give this company 12 months tops before being run completely into the ground. Awful.

Compensation is fair. That's about it.

Cons

You'll have zero work life balance working for this company. In this role, expect to have to manage everything that's not clinical. They'd probably have you do that too if not for regulations. Rudderless organization. Their values are only lip service. You'll get to see how greedy this industry and doctors truly are.
