Pros

Remote work availability Fun coworkers

Cons

Pay and raises don’t align with the work they want you to take on and the constant need for more staffing and resources. No accountability from upper management. Problems get swept under the rug and never taken care of.

Pros

Some of the HQ people were nice. Hopefully being sold soon to a company that knows what they are doing in the ASC industry. If you like kool-aid, they have plenty for you to enjoy.

Cons

They send emails to ask staff for a 5 star review because the company refuses to fix the pieces that are broken. Clearly they listened. They are not true. You kiss up to those who hold the power of staffing. If you are not like they will leave you to struggle. Upon hire, they tried to manipulate me to carry the DON role which is extremely exhausting. With no wage adjustment for me role. I didn't but I know others did and found themselves without support and lots of demands. Sister centers pray on the center with the worst surgeons and the most staff struggles. Not a team. False reporting of numbers $ in meetings. Human Resources was a joke, no help at all. If you take the job you get the wrong information, lack of information and miscommunication from them that day one staff are not impressed. Let's not talk about how short staffed they are but yet the show must go on. The amount of money they left on the table due to poor billing and collections. But it's everyone else's fault the center is losing money. The surgeons are miserable with Atlas so they are miserable and spiteful to leadership despite how hard you work to fix all the problems. They don't follow OSHA laws or State laws related to employees. Failed at surveys so bad they had to buy there success with the large accreditation company.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As an organization, we strive to create an open and collaborative environment so together we can succeed in caring for our patients. We regret to hear you felt that communication from leadership disappointed you, and appreciate your feedback as it will help us to revisit and revise our approach where necessary. Please know we work hard to follow all OSHA and state laws and ask that anyone who feels differently report it immediately. We work to provide a supportive work environment where leaders and team members alike value and respect one another. We are sorry to hear that you felt your expectations were not met in this regard. We are also sorry to hear you felt you were not appreciated as an employee. Here, we could not do this work without skilled and compassionate team members like you who each have something unique to offer our patients.

Pros

The main- regular staff were very nice.

Cons

They come off as being a great company with great people in the interview then its all down hill from there. A new company that's has A LOT to still figure out. Very strange atmosphere. You can't say, question or offer any advice about your job. They look at that as negative behavior and you will be berated for it. They basically want the atmosphere to be more on the lines of "The Stepford Wives". Most of the staff are very unhappy. Never seen anything like it in all my 20 years in this field. It will take a while to weed things and people out. I do hope they become a good company to work for down the road. Wish them Luck in the future!

It is disappointing to hear that you feel your experience did not match the experience we strive to create for our team members. We respect and value every member of our team. We are always open to hearing team members' ideas on how we can improve our services and policies. We ask that anyone who shares similar concerns should reach out to Human Resources so they can be heard and addressed. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback, we'll use it to help improve our organization and provide the best possible environment for our team.
