      Pros

      Excellent team along with managers who are always friendly. They always there to listen our concerns and issues.If that is really valid then definitely they will take care. For good work,people get recognization from team members and management. Great platform to learn new technology on various domain. Always architect are on new technology to give a world class product. Very good for freshers to learn and get there basic clear.

      Cons

      No proper training for freshers, on early days i was faced timing issue but now its greatly changed , planning what i feeling is the main concern.

Before I dive into some of the specifics, let me first say that our technical team is my favorite section. I'm very proud we work at a company where our customers get remarkable people on the phone when they need it. Our management know how to solve the problem & always encourage people who are ready to take responsibilities.

      1.Excellent management team who are always employee friendly. They always there to listen our concerns and issues.If that is really valid then definitely they will take care. 2.For good work,employees are recognized 3.Wonderful platform to learn new technology.Always adopting new technology to give a world class product. 4.Good Opportunity for freshers to learn.

      Cons

      Nothing much to write here but one thing we are lacking in providing proper training.
