Overall, decent place to work.

Pros

Always have new things to learn and do. There is never any "downtime" between projects. That's both good and bad. Very smart people to learn from. Always have the ability to expand your horizons with company encouragement. Recent turn over has hurt, but has made the company stronger by getting rid of low performing and high complaining individuals. Flexible hours and WFH if needed.

Cons

Sales/CSM teams get what they want, not what they need. Areas of responsibility are muddy. People that whine the most get what they want, sometimes (usually) at the detriment to moral. Projects can take longer than they should due to contract wording or internal politics. PTO sucks. It really just sucks. In the day and age of 4 weeks+ being the norm, 3 weeks doesn't cut it. C-Level/VP-level does have a bit of ADHD, they needs to tone it down and stick to the written plan.

Good boss, good benefits

Pros

- My boss is awesome, he always listens and even if he doesn't agree I feel heard. - The benefits are really good. - Everyone gets a TriMet pass for FREE (seriously awesome). - I learn something every single day. - My co-workers make it a fun environment. - Stocked pantry and a soda fountain. - They pay for certification testing.

Cons

- Quite a bit of turnover, but does seem to be slowing.

Huge Potential

Pros

Looking at what is in progress now and what is being worked on for the near future there is huge potential in this company. Seeing the new faces every week is exciting. The new leaders in Operations are having a positive impact. I enjoy working with my team. Its hard work for sure but the collaboration among team members is high.

Cons

Some people are still carrying around old stories from the past.
