-The cons far outweigh the positives of working at Atmosera, I worked there for a year and ~6 months, and I would not go back again unless there is a change with management, as well as organizational changes with client management and operational management - stop siloing!!
-A specific person was given the task to lead in an area where they lack the skills necessary to be a true leader. This has impacted the company tremendously. This person manipulates situations when employees make mistakes by using fear based tactics to get the results he desires, thus creating a far worse outcome - a toxic environment and high turnover. It may get the results desired in the short term, but is not a healthy place to stay if you end up making any kind of mistake. Keep your nose clean, show good work ethic, and you won't even notice the toxic environment if working in operations. Most current employees are aware but some continue to be surprised to hear the experiences of those in the line of fire. The CEO is making steps to improve this...after the last batch of us left he seems to be more aware now then ever. I believe with time things may change, and I truly do hope Atmosera continues to grow at the pace they have with the people they have. There are some extremely talented folks who work there. I value every connection I made and look forward to hearing the good things that are accomplished by all in the future.
