Pros

WFH, though the device you got may not be good enough. Employee gathering/event, you got some travel opportunities. No accrued PTO, 15 days wasn't a lot but you got it when you join the company so kinda nice.

Cons

Used to be good, the guys interviewed me were nice and that was kinda the reason why I joined the company. But it turned out to be another story 1 year after I was there. They accusing you not to be very productive even though you just finished a big project 1 week ago and it happened to be the break time between your monthly routine. No plan or action to rebuild yourself, you asked why and no real answer to the question. Claimed you are disapperaed even though you carried your phone with MS Teams on it to the bathroom during office hour because you dont want to miss a random call.

Thank you for acknowledging the great people with whom you worked. We do have great people and we continue to add to the team. Employees are at the core of what/how we deliver, how we're building, growing, and innovating, and we are focused on creating an atmosphere of opportunity, challenge, growth, enjoyment, and performance for all of us as employees. Relative to the challenges you experienced when you worked here... I appreciate the feedback. It's important to understand. We cannot transform and elevate a business as we have over the past four years by being or having any of those elements as a core element of who we are. If disorganization, reactionary behavior, a lack of leadership, etc. were core elements... we couldn't have organized operations, added managed Azure in a pivot to add public cloud, and grown the business with a new product mix, in new markets, etc. Certainly, transformation encompasses a lot of change... change can have elements where it feels disorganized or out of control... but done in an intentional way, change also provides for opportunity... opportunity for Atmosera to maintain relevancy in the changing technology services market... and opportunity for those employees that help build "better" and "greatness" out of the transformation.

Hello, thanks for taking the time to comment here. I'd add two things... we do have a very good bunch of women here as well... and we promoted just over 20% of our employees to higher level positions in 2018.
