Frequent turnover of both staff and management Schedule and priorities can change quickly and frequently Takes too little to get on the "bad side" of management and be at risk of losing job.

1) CEO: Egomaniacal sociopath, with only a few years of teaching experience and no experience as a Charter Teacher. He calls teachers names, as a failure as a teacher for example. He would not release your years of experience in the school for future jobs if you resign neither he would give you a letter of end of the contract to get health insurance. 2)The school is out of compliance regarding Special Education students. Students do not receive the services they should.
