Cons

Leadership is unfit to run a school effectively. They are sexist and unprofessional. If your opinion is asked but what you say isn’t to their liking they will fire you no matter how professional you go about expressing your thoughts. Women in leadership are not valued or respected. There is also a conflict of interest in board members because the principals father is on the board.
