Students grades aren’t real. You’re forced to have only a certain percentage of failing even students are truly failing: Red, Yellow, Green
They have a minimum grade of 70 so grades are inflated due to you being forced to have most students past.
Students who are not well behaved have no real consequences
Every aspect of their numbers are for show, department meetings are weekly and it’s a meeting to tell you to fix the grades and where else you will have to do that wasn’t in your contract
