Pros
They pay training. They put you in a hotel while in training. They rent a car for you while in training. Training is the pro here.
Cons
Many. They tell you will be working in Boston, but when you get there they tell to not make big arrangements like signing a lease, but not renter want to rent month by month, because that might not be your destination, but they tell you in the interview that is your destination. They place people in the bench for months, and any time they can ask you to leave, because of your performance, but you are not put in project, but they talk about performance. Doing what nothing? Now, I read that they are very biased, you better believe that. They would put in projects indian people the most. When you go to the office, you will see that most of them, are indians. The project manager was never there for us. I called him two times to try to talk to him, he never responded, but one of the higher rank people emailed us with CC to him, he would respond like showing that he was there. They have the "At-Will" closure in their job description, or paper, try to understand that before you sign any paper. They would do with you whatever they want, but if you try to leave before a year, you are going to have to pay them many, they would take it from your check or something. Just don't work for these people.
