Pros

They pay training. They put you in a hotel while in training. They rent a car for you while in training. Training is the pro here.

Cons

Many. They tell you will be working in Boston, but when you get there they tell to not make big arrangements like signing a lease, but not renter want to rent month by month, because that might not be your destination, but they tell you in the interview that is your destination. They place people in the bench for months, and any time they can ask you to leave, because of your performance, but you are not put in project, but they talk about performance. Doing what nothing? Now, I read that they are very biased, you better believe that. They would put in projects indian people the most. When you go to the office, you will see that most of them, are indians. The project manager was never there for us. I called him two times to try to talk to him, he never responded, but one of the higher rank people emailed us with CC to him, he would respond like showing that he was there. They have the "At-Will" closure in their job description, or paper, try to understand that before you sign any paper. They would do with you whatever they want, but if you try to leave before a year, you are going to have to pay them many, they would take it from your check or something. Just don't work for these people.

Pros

Good for fresher, staying long is like killing yourself.

Cons

Compare to competitor they are paying very less, specially if you are deputed from offshore. They don't increment salary. Also anytime if you leave Atos Syntel, they are not giving any paper document even USA working years document too. Not even revealing letter until or unless you are not paying bond amount of Rs. 5,00000/- plus other calculation based on notice period of 3 month. Ofcourse they confiscate gratuity amount anytime if you leave. It is like they want employee as labour, who should never leave them, if they leave they will not support by any means. They don't have any courtly saying an employee who served for a long time at least goodby email. Instead of that we are getting email saying ' we can't accept resignation you pay so an so due amount. I heard they use to send court notice at offshore address too to make people scare and recover money seems like employee stolen money with them.

Pros

-Numerous on-site opportunity. Everyone can travel onsite, no matter what quality work you give. - Good for fresher as all the lead will be laid off bcos of higher pay scale.

Cons

Well first of all they are hiring slaves not employees. That's how you will be treated. -No workife balance. You should be ready to work late hours, weekend. Then only you are considered as working. - Don't expect More than 3% of variable pay/ hike unless you are manager's favorite. - No vacation even though you have CEL - None of your work related problems will be solved. - Unprofessional management
