Pros

Free lunches, the teenage servers and kitchen staff were nice, some residents are incredibly sweet

Cons

Extremely stressful workday, understaffed for how much work there actually is to do, not paid the same rate when filling in for higher-paid staff, gossip and cliques among cleaning staff, some residents are cruel

Cons

Bad administration, low paying, employees who don’t care for the company or the colleges or the costumers (elderly people). Low notions of cleanliness, depressive environment, lack of people for the amount of tasks asked.
