free meals good relationships with residents

Cons

randomly got our hours cut from 25+ a week to 6hrs a week and our shifts were cut to 2 hours but were expected to do the same amount of stuff in that time.

Good learning experience. Upper management has high standards so you need to learn fast and think quick on your feet.

Cons

Poor management and minimal support. Environment can be very toxic depending on the Executive Director you work for.
