Pros

Free parking and free meals Working amongst people and seniors.

Cons

Upper management runs lower management down. Company specializes in having only a few managers that basically handle many roles in the community. Weekends and holidays you have to work. No enough unbiased audits from upper management. Their audit system I s a joke- it’s the same auditor who works for the community. Communities give each other “heads up” when audit is happening, so you always can try to be best prepared. Not enough proper training and growth opportunities. Not impressed with company.
