Pros

- Willing to take chances on people fresh out of college. - Continues to grow outside of the Carolinas - Offers endless opportunities to the workers who want to advance their careers

Cons

- Insurance offered isn't all that great. There is a high deductible plan and a co-pay plan. - Job load can be overwhelming on some positions. Ex. Rad Techs in urgent care setting are in charge of the lab, doing drug screens, and performing x-rays.
