Pros
Good co-workers, friendly work environment, honest, cutting edge. Had worked here for 30 years since I could not beat the benefits.. but next year that changes.
Cons
USED to have excellent benefits, next year extremely poor health insurance coverage. If you are young and healthy an OK option but starting next year 2016 CHS will join the culture of death. If you are not well, then you will need to chose death as you will not be able to afford to be sick and seek treatment, unless of course you are top management.
