      Pros

      Great perks, pto and benefits. Friendly work environment. Flexible to take time off. Good at finding last minute coverage.

      Cons

      Mandatory over time. Twelve hour shifts are difficult when you work three in a row. Short staffed at times.

      Pros

      The entry level staff is great.

      Cons

      All about profits though the company advertises itself as a nonprofit organization. Health insurance is going to a 70/30 plan in 2016 because they claim they are going to be taxed too heavily to continue with an 80/30 plan which is outrageous!! Have terminated many wonderful MDs because they refuse to put profits before patient care. The focus of the company is on profits not on patients - how sad!!

      Typical govt company types.No lay offs.Good for a fresher to start a career with.Lot of technical stuff to learn from

      salary is way below market standard.Most of the projects are domestic ones.Senior managers lack direction
