Pros

Staff always....everyday, treats the patients and their families with respect. We treat them the way we would want to be treated. They come FIRST.

Cons

For me, after working on the Behavioral Unit for over two years with dual diagnosis patients for psych and detox it is wearing on me. I am looking for a career change.

Pros

Departments are adequately staffed to promote work-life balance. The company values their employees and gives opportunities to connect with each other. The company consistently gives back to the community and employees.

Cons

Staff stay in their positions for a long time making the ability or opportunity to advance career slim or unlikely. Also, there are rules built in to HR policy for merit increases. A standard increase will be 2% a year and not exceed 4%. The Benefits package is AWFUL, especially considering it is a healthcare entity.
