      Senior management either does not care or has no idea what middle management is doing!

      Pros

      Decent job security. Line staff cares about the community and patients. Decent benefits. Lower management tend to know their stuff and are supportive of staff.

      Cons

      Senior management does not have a clue or does not care what middle management does. Pay raises are a joke at 2 percent a year (you only get this much if you can walk on water while curing the blind). Only advance if you are part of the in crowd. The Ohio Mafia have their own agenda and are driving dedicated and loyal employees away.

      2nd largest healthcare system in the country. considered a leader in healthcare. on the cutting edge of healthcare reform and changes. exceptional quality throughout system

      base salary in lower category. bonus potential there but not easily achieved. preferential treatment given to "insiders" or those considered "pets"
