The best reasons for working for CHS is great networking, meeting people who work hard and care for their patients, and able to move in their careers and be able to get educational training

Cons

The biggest con with working with CHS is with some positions it is not easy to transition into an upper management role. Pay does not match the work load. HR does not explain why staff has been rejected for another position

Enjoy my coworkers; great facility; my clinical judgement is respected

Cons

Salary and raises are insufficient; they have a monopoly in Charlotte so can keep salaries low; health benefits in 2016 will decline; already got rid of pension and extended sick leave; huge corporate bureaucracy, too many managers, definitely not a "non-profit" company
