      Pros

      I have worked along side some great nurses, and been allowed to diversify my skills by working a variety of positions.

      Cons

      Management turns a blind eye to lateral violence. As CHS has bought up everything in the area that does not belong to Novant, it has become a monopoly. Typical Corporate America where the CEO has completely lost touch with taking care of those that are actually at the bedside providing the healthcare to our patients. Over-consumed with patients satisfaction rather than providing the best health care to the patient. Pay is poor, benefits are expensive, and next year we will only receive catastrophic health insurance.
