      I made decent money but worked 60 hours a week as a standard

      Cons

      mid manager and upper manager treated delivery personnel like dogs. Delivery manager made sure his favorites got off on time while everyone else had to pick up their slack. Refused to let me have time off for an emergency in family. company always got a poor review due to low morale of workers

      Pros

      A large system that can offer good benefits and a decent work/life balance. The benefits that are offered are very comprehensive.

      Cons

      Will fire employees they deem to be a "threat" to the organization. Require employees to report for duty when there are adverse weather events. Senior management is a wild boar- they do whatever they want to do without regards to the employees. They try to trick employees into thinkiing something is good when it really isn't.
