Sadly,I see too may holes in the ladder of management. They tend to promote people without the correct training. And end up with too many people who knee jerk instead of stepping back and looking at the balance of each issue and acting with the best results.Too many do not want to make it better as a whole only waiting until they can get out and move to something else. To many times friends get away with this or that and others end up being let go for lesser.
