Regular raises tied to performance reviews, the work is challenging and rewarding, generally supportive environment with some minor exceptions.
Cons
The high-stress environment of a hospital lends itself to employee drama, which some managers deal with extremely well and others do not. There are some high-level managers who do a terrible job and consistently get negative feedback from employees but keep their jobs.
