      Good company overall but sometimes bureaucratic

      Pros

      Leadership generally cares for employees wellbeing. Patient care is highest priority with finances a close second. The company is growing and does give back quite a bit to the community.

      Cons

      People are not developed like they should be for leadership roles. All of the senior execs are white males about the same age. Those who aren't men at the senior level are all still the same age. Not good to have all boomers in very important leadership roles.

      Pros

      There are many different types of work you can do with this company and still be under the umbrella. The retirement is awesome as long as it stays in place.

      Cons

      Pay. The hourly compensation is not that great.
