Pros

You can literally do almost anything, because the system encourages growth in all forms. They are generous in training dollars. They encourage ideas and promote employee wellness initiatives. They do put the patients at the center of care. They are technology savvy.

Cons

They lose a lot of great managers by trying to meet "numbers". It seems they keep ones who are more authoritative and less responsive to staff. Too much gossip, politics, & lateral hostility is tolerated in staff.
