      Understanding management, better nurse to patient ratios than other places, nice facilities

      It continues to get bought out by bigger companies and is going more and more corporate. Drama at the work place at times.

      It is a full time Job.

      Cons

      Atrium does not keep nurses for very long because they do not reward those who stay with the company. the only way to get a raise is to leave your position, go somewhere else for a period of time and come back. The benefits are actually trash with the exception of vision insurance Bonuses are ok for now, but you have to BEG HR to actually pay you when it is time to receive the money.
