Pros

Team spirit and solid management. It was a good place to develop and start off in an office environment as one of the youngest employees.

Cons

Some of the cons were long shifts, with sometimes weekends and late night shifts, when it was hard to plan your days and live normally when your shifts were so random.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, educational classes, basic healthcare and retirement benefits, Tuition assistance. Career ladder for some employees.

Cons

HR system is slow to hire, even slower to fire. The culture is currently that of mistrust between departments and management's hands are tied to weed out the bad and bring in the good.
