Pros

Not much to say that's positive about this place. Some of the staff works well together. That's about all the good.

Cons

1. Management sucks! You are drowning and your charge nurse and nurse manager are either in their office or sitting down and on their cell phones. 2. Unsafe patient to nurse ratio. Hallway patients that need a monitor!! 3. They call everything a trauma when it clearly isn't. Waste of time, paperwork and recourses just got get $$$$ 4. Understaffed!! I'm a traveler and still short staffed. Which increased patient nurse ratio to about 6-7 patients to 1. Charge nurse doesn't care if you have an icu patient. 5. You literally triage about 80% of all of your own patients. 6. They give you 4 patients at one time. 7. Lack of communication 8. You transport your patients EVERYWHERE!! Rad, CT, US, floor!!! 9. Half of the staff is leaving, including docs. Not a safe place. 10. If you work 11-11 you get off at about 12:30.
