      Pros

      CHS is a large company and there is a lot of opportunity to move around. The system has good vision and mission.

      Cons

      The pay is low compared to the rest of the country. The health insurance coverage is awful and many have gone to spouses plans or purchased their own. The hospital owns the insurance plan not only does that seem like a conflict of interest, it.is also ridiculous that people that provide health care barely have coverage

      More resources than you could imagine. Truly sets you up to succeed if you buy into the system. Has the ability for advancement.

      Cons

      Large company that can be difficult to navigate. HR is extremely difficult to work with from a managerial aspect. Can be a bit top-heavy at times.
