Lazy co workers. You know you can't get away from these peoples. Lunches are 30 mins short. Health benefits could be better 😰 Sometimes patients are mean and crazy. That's when you work in customer service. Also other teammates at other dept. don't respect your title/ dept. It's very hard to transfer out to another dept., location or position. HR system takes too long and makes it difficult even when you work in the system. You gotta know some one up there. I have learned, it's all about who you know to get where you want to be 😏
