      Pros

      CHS is very pro-teammate (pro-employee). This is a mission-driven organization that cares about people - both patients and the teammates who care for them. There are great programs for teammates - from retirement benefits to softball leagues to talent shows, and the chance to do meaningful work. Leaders really care.

      Cons

      Be ready to work hard. This really isn't the place for someone who wants to skate at work and not apply themselves. The work is too important for slackers to be a part of this team.
