      Pros

      Work in small office where each coworker relies on the other. Great teamwork!

      Cons

      Not enough staffing! Given PTO but can't use it due to the lack of staffing to cover. Upper management doesn't have a clue and doesn't really seem to care at all about the working conditions of the full time staff

      very interested Cutting edge financial projects to maximize profit profile. Sitting in the environment where they have the very best technology and the best employees to utilize that technology

      For profit facility in a non profit designation Despite the image of being a cutting edge organization, there is no emphasis to embark upon clinical trial work that would propel healthcare to new, cheaper, more efficacious techniques
