Pros

Decent benefits. Some of the people are nice. There are a few good managers. The patients are really sweet and they make coming into work worth it.

Cons

They low ball you with pay, they don’t care about staff, the doctors get away with everything and it’s always your fault, management doesn’t take up for staff. Drama, not what I thought this job would be like at all. MAs are under appreciated here. It’s sad but true.

Pros

Ok pay. Most managers care a lot about the employees (depending on supervisor) IF you are not lazy, and do a good job, upper management will listen to you.

Cons

A very strict attendance policy

Pros

Great team of nurses. EAP counselors are great.

Cons

Underpaid, overworked, health insurance is shameful. Management does not respect their workers. The system is broken. There is a reason they can't keep their nurses and it's not because of the terrible pay/benefits.
