Pros
PTO plan is nice, easy to use. Job stability. Opportunities to do just about anything for the system are great - if they interest you. The system encourages work/life balance. However, this can be overridden by a manager that doesn't agree with that policy.
Cons
Wages are stagnant. CHS owns the employee insurance company. Insurance plans are terrible. There are a lot of incompetent people in management who shouldn't hold those positions.
