      Pros

      Enjoyed and learned a lot from my coworkers.

      Cons

      Management refuses to listen to input from employees. Tense, stressful environment. The unqualified "supervisors" have no clue what happens or needs to happen everyday because they lack training in the departments they are over. They try to micro manage and make more messes for the techs to clean up than actually help.

      Pros

      My coworkers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I like the work I do and the positive impact it has on patient care.

      Cons

      The management is very top heavy. Some leaders have no experience in the areas they supervise. The insurance is expensive and the deductibles are extremely high. Wellness exams, however, are covered. The salaries are lower than other places I have researched.
