Pros
1. Happy people! 2. Great Learning Opportunity 3. Temp Work is diverse and well compensated (since being exempt from benefits/PTO) 4. Good reputation 5.Tries to keep company morale high by creating fun activities and what not
Cons
1. Hard to be cold-hired. Usually the story goes, "you have to know someone" to get in here. I've never know that not to be true. 2. If at first you don't succeed...in my opinion, its because HR needs a facelift. 3. You aren't taken very seriously if you aren't a manager/physician. 4.No benefits for the temps, even though they are considered employees... full time is not guaranteed.
