      Great mission. Competitive pay. Remote options.

      Cons

      From the CEO down, the company is driven by ego and VERY hierarchical. There are some outstanding leaders, but many aren't and continue to get promoted.

      Pros

      Pretty good equipment. Most people are team players. Lots of room to transfer or crosstrain.

      Cons

      A lot of backstabbing by only a handful of people, but those people are in power. Only room for growth if you don't stand your ground and are a yes person.

      Pros

      Atrium was a great place benefits great.

      Cons

      Now advocate health. Benefits are terrible, leadership doesn’t care clear favoritism and HR does nothing. Capping pay on experienced nurses unless you want to do projects. Years of experience count for nothing and means nothing total lack of respect.
