      Pros

      Manager and staff are the absolute best, they allow flexibility and are very understanding.

      Cons

      The patient’s family members can become tiresome and is the only downside to this job.

      Good people, bad benefits

      Pros

      The people are really amazing. They really care about their work and their coworkers. It feels like family. There are also many opportunities to volunteer with each other as well. The new CEO is great and is changing the whole landscape of the organization, expanding the coverage to more and more people, which is really awesome.

      Cons

      The pay is less than others in the market. Ironically the healthcare options are down to just one choice and it's not that good. Depending on your department, the opportunities for advancement can be limited. Your boss controls whether you're allowed to transfer to other departments so they can hold you where you are if they want.
