Leadership Sucks in the Behavioral Health department

Pros

Education assistance is cool. You have to pay for training upfront but will get reimbursed for up to $1500 depending on how long you have been with the company. Some of your coworkers can become family.

Cons

Leadership is poor. They have a lot of dumb people in high places. Supervisors and Managers who gossip and play favoritism. The pay is horrible
