Pros

It's a big company with lots of room to grow.

Cons

There are so many managers. Seventy percent of their budget must be to pay for administration.

Pros

- The Paid Time Off is great and is typically honored unless it is short staffed for that day. - You get shift differential pay and there are always opportunities for overtime. - You get a bonus every year as long as you are in good standing with the company.

Cons

- Rude would be an understatement for some of the providers we come in contact with. -The pay that you receive is not nearly enough for the amount of work you do. -Holidays off are granted based off of seniority and you have to work at least 4 major holidays. -It is hard to transfer within the system unless you are clinical.
