      Pros

      Fair performance appraisals that minimize favoritism. H.R. has made the evaluation process simple and consistent. Some really inspirational leaders and teammates. Successfully promote a feeling of unity despite the large size of the organization.

      Cons

      Competency of Management can be inconsistent from facility to facility. Nurse pay is low and there is not a lot of competition in the area.

      Little to no development opportunities and/or upward mobility, going through lean initiative aka terminations, extremely understaffed, SLA times are horrible, unwilling to adhere to change, poor benefits for being in healthcare.
