      Pros

      The people in the culture make this place a great place to be employed Carolinas healthcare system helps millions of people every year and I was always proud to be part of that effort. My work hours were excellent the pay was good the benefits were good up until the last year and they change their health care plan overall I would love to go back to work for Carolinas Healthcare again in the future.
